We are looking for a highly motivated Customer Support Technician & Installer to support our growing Australian operations, based in Brisbane.
About the role
You will support customers across Australia by installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting our counting solutions. The role combines customer support, field work and technical training, with regular travel (12+ trips per year).
Key responsibilities
Establish and maintain relationships with customers, subcontractors, and suppliers
Install, commission, maintain, and test our hardware in the field
Provide customer support by phone, email, and remote access
Train customers and subcontractor on hardware and software solutions
Diagnose technical issues and ensure follow-up with internal teams
Support customers during customer meetings, projects, and conferences
Contribute to process improvement and best practices
Help structure a national installation and maintenance partner network
Job requirements
Profile
University or technical degree (or equivalent experience)
5+ years’ experience in operations, field work, or project coordination
Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts clearly
Comfortable with hands-on, outdoor, and manual work
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
Interest in outdoor recreation, active transportation, and natural areas
Willingness to travel frequently within Australia
